By initializing a connection to Click Pilot, you agree to abide by the following operational parameters. Violation of these terms will result in immediate API key revocation and account termination.
1.0 PROHIBITED_OPERATIONS
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing Click Pilot for automated scrape-attacks, headless bot emulation, volumetric abuse of the API, or any activity that degrades the integrity of our network. License keys are strictly for individual use; public sharing, pooling, or unauthorized redistribution of keys will trigger automated account suspension.
2.0 PREPAID_CREDITS_AND_BILLING
Click Pilot operates on a metered, prepaid token architecture. By funding your account, you purchase access to server compute and AI processing power. Because compute costs are incurred by our servers in real-time, all token purchases are final and non-refundable. Grace Technology reserves the right to adjust token exchange rates based on upstream AI provider costs.
3.0 THIRD_PARTY_ENVIRONMENTS
Click Pilot is an independent navigational overlay. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party software providers, websites, or cloud consoles (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Blackmagic Design) navigated using our tool. Users assume all responsibility for any actions taken within third-party environments based on Click Pilot's visual guidance.
4.0 INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY
The "Click Pilot" brand, including all proprietary algorithms, API bridges, and visual interfaces, remains the exclusive property of Grace Technology. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized resale of the core binaries or extension packages is a breach of protocol.
5.0 LIABILITY_LIMITATION
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Click Pilot acts solely as a visual navigational aid; Grace Technology makes no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of guidance and assumes no liability for user errors, system downtime, data loss, or misconfigurations resulting from the use of this tool.
